June 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMoving can be very stressful we all have our own stories as to what lead us here and after reading reviews I was kind of skeptical but there was a no app specifical so what did I have to lose right well ms brianna took me to viewsome available units units and I can say she was very sweet professional and just being around her motivated me to move forward after seeing the beautiful floor plan and I know I stressed her out between switching my units to long emails and phone calls she did a ...wonderful job assisting me and ms Valerie did her big one she was amazing with finalizing everything im surprised they didn't block me as much as I was calling and popping up lol but I was excited to move there was some miscommunication about the united I wanted but it was completely my fault bc I applied for the wrong unit I was overwhelmed with having to move so fast so not gone lie I was moody but she remained professional and still made sure I was taken care of she'll forever have my respect for that dont go off all the negative reviews ppl forget when they needed a place to stay and forget about who helped them into a better situation and start complaining when things happen no apartment complex is perfect but I can say Ranchthree0five is a beautiful apartment feels like a luxury apartment no bugs thank god and the apartment has a huge gate that actually works unlike most apartments they have the cheap gate that you can knock off track but not these I can actually feel safe walking around in the morning for a light job I never leave long reviews but I just had to tell my experienceRead MoreProperty Manager Responded

After much searching, I determined Rock Ridge was one of the best communities in the area. While the community has changed management companies three times since I moved here in February 2013, the front office has remained consistent and the high level of service has not changed. Stephanie, the community director, is pleasant, professional, and genuinely cares about her residents. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. ...Neighbors are courteous and care about their community. The area is safe and quiet. Since the most recent management company change (to Milestone Management), they are in the final phases of beautifying the property (paint, trim work, etc.) and it's even better looking than before. Rent prices may be more affordable at other properties, but I do believe you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I've made the decision to relocate to Dallas where my job has recently moved and the commute is becoming too much. I considered staying anyways as an amazing apartment is hard to come by. I truly will miss living here.Read More
Expensive Rents for Location, Poor Follow-Up from Office Staff
March 31, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI toured this property in November. Considering newer apartments are available in Dallas with more amenities, features, and modern appliances, I had a hard time understanding how this property could sustain its rent model. Additionally, the office staff, who showed me a unit--which also had stains on the carpet--stated she would follow up with me regarding an available 2 bedroom unit. She never called.
