June 5, 2023Once you look past the minor details and buff out a few kinks, it’s nice and quiet. Being right between Hoover and Vestavia is more than gracious. The staff is also really professional and friendly. Thanks Kim and Yvette for making my moving process so easy. It almost feels too easy. Great experience
March 17, 2022Being close to both UAB and work appeared to be a challenge considering all of the apartment complexes around Birmingham. But Vestavia Place has proven itself to be the best option. This apartment complex is right off of I-65 and in the heart of both Vestavia Hills and Hoover. Madison and Kim helped me every step of the way on ensuring us a great experience!Property Manager Responded

Not worth the money. Don’t waste your time!!!
March 20, 2021I lived in the 3 bedroom unit and the 1 bedroom unit. The property is old and so are the units. The kitchen screams 1983. You can’t sit on your balcony in the rain because nothing is covering the area. Both units were dirty when I moved in. In the 3 bedroom you have the washing machine in the kitchen and the dryer by the entrance but up-to-date washers will not fit in the kitchen because the doorways to the kitchen are so small. In the 1 bedroom you have to disconnect the light in the hall area ...in order to open the door wide enough to the laundry room to get the machines inside. The rent is high to pay for the new rent office and pool.Property Manager Responded

She makes you feel like you are really a part of a community. She has done so many thing to help me as a resident. Stay Away
January 21, 2020This property was built in the 70’s and has more issues than you can imagine. Extremely high water/sewer bills that are passed onto you by the Management Company. Power bills are also high due to horrible insulation. The appliances may be new but that’s about it. My husband and I are moving as soon as lease is up. Do yourself a favor and run .
