Disappointing Experience
November 26, 2024I've had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. The services are really bad—there's no cleaning in the halls, and there's been a pair of socks outside our apartment for a year. Service requests take a long time to be addressed, and even on working days, they are often not completed. The staff is unsupportive, and they keep giving us the runaround for services, often citing staff shortages as an excuse. Despite being a non-smoking community, people keep smoking weed, ...making it impossible to open the windows without the smell coming in. Management does nothing about it, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-maintained and supportive living environment.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management and Online Services
January 4, 2024The apartment units are decent, but the air conditioners frequently fill up with water and become rusty. There were frequent car break-ins (several a month) before I left. They will squeeze every penny out of you when you try to leave and their online payment services do not work. I would not recommend!Property Manager Responded
