April 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comLove here for several years. As of late crime is up. My cars have been broken in, they found nothing but throw containts all over car interior. Today my passager side front tie was replaced with an old worn out spare donut. I had to find a rim and purchase a new tire. We are retired. Hard to pay for all this. Not the place it was in past. I moved in to an apartment with no refrigerator nor washer & dryer, even though it claims to come with them. I got my refrigerator but I had to purchase my own washer and dryer. My toilet stopped working on me one night & nobody came after calling the emergency line twice. Mind you, I only have one bathroom in my apartment so I really needed them at the time.

October 7, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived at North Slope for 3 years and have overall enjoyed our experience here. Staff is helpful and friendly and the grounds are maintained well. The location is convenient to everything (only about 10 minutes to downtown Greenville and walking distance to grocery stores), the entrance does "slope" up off the main road so it's not quite as busy/noisy in the complex. It is a small complex so parking is always ample, however the pool is somewhat small. It is an older apartment complex ...(built in the 80's), and it *is* an apartment after all, so you will be able to hear the people above you and next to you. It is pet friendly, but if you are allergic to fire ants beware! There are a lot of fire ants out near the pet areas. Our apartment has a wood burning fire place which is really nice. Last but not least, I hate to say it, but we have a slight mouse problem (we have caught about 4 in the last couple years) in our apartment which is at the end of a building near the woods, but I would personally rather have a mouse problem than a palmetto bug problem, which is common in this area, so I'm not complaining too much.Read More
