Regretful Tour

Honestly, don’t even waste your time Not very friendly on arrival, we toured two apartments while we were there the first one the hallway completely stained with Pee, dirty, dusty stairwell, we didn’t end up going inside for some reason, then went to the second apartment, which smelled foul, the place was spacious but stinky the deck looked like it might fall through. Police presence in neighborhoods, they didn’t return my ID after the tour, Just don’t waste your time.

Overall, things seem to be going well. I haven't seen any car tire theft in a while. There is still room for improvement when it comes to maintenance, but the apartment complex seems to be changing for the better.

I am currently attempting to rent here and it’s already been a hassle. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the leasing office for two days now . I’ve had no one reach out to me as far as next steps with my application. No updates after I’ve gotten approved & paid the application fee and added any additional information they may have needed . It’s like you have to keep calling and calling when they should be the ones updating you … thus far I am not impressed. Customer service sucks.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 aren’t rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.
