I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my apartment at North Hampton upon move in. An apartment should be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready for a new resident, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
There was a hole in the wall behind the refrigerator, roaches in the apartment, dirty countertops, filthy oven racks that clearly had not been cleaned, and even toothpaste left behind in the bathroom vanity sink from the previous resident. These are not minor cosmetic ...
issues. They made it very clear that the apartment was not properly cleaned or inspected before I was given the keys.
Moving is already stressful enough. After paying the required move in costs, I expected to walk into a clean and sanitary home, not immediately have to deal with cleanliness issues and pests. This has been a very disappointing start to my experience at North Hampton, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly.
