May 31, 2025I have been living here for 6 years this apartments had changed administration twice during this time…. So I have to say that the actual administration has been the BEST ! They paint all locations with a beautiful color , they have been renewed apartments upgraded with new appliances, etc .. they changed the whole illumination system what is brighter now All maintenance requirements are being responded The Manager is very polite and very professional and her assistant too! The price is not ...cheap but to be realistic nowhere is !! What can i say is be pending on offer or promotions but anyways its worth it What I like the most is that the scholar bus pick the kids in the apartments and for high school it’s by the exit of the apartments what is sooooo cool Thanks and I hope you decide to be our neighbor !!Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2025Nice neighborhood but too many issues with maintenance in the apartment. Building seems to have electric problems. Usually have problems with water as well. Building complex constantly turns off water. Your mail you only have access to get it while office hoursProperty Manager Responded

February 3, 2025Staff, is very nice! Maintenance men come when you called them. Neighbors are pleasant. The complex is old, but clean and updated. Really close to shopping centers, near the grocery stores a plus. No people hanging out after hours a plus for me. I think I’m going to like the area.Property Manager Responded
