The grounds are always clean and well kept. They have always been very quick to respond to any maintenance issue I have had. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to get along with. The laundry facilities are very clean and they are very quick to repair anything as needed. I can't imagine living in any of the new apartments that are $700+ being any better.
