I've been living at Magnolia Terrace over 1 1/2 and I have nothing but excellent service anywhere from Front office Management down to Maintenance. I've had numerous surgeries while living at Magnolia Terrace Apartments and whenever I needed something it was nothing like contacting them for something just a small a garbage pickup. Not onetime they ignored a call. In all of 52yrs since I've been renting had a wonderful experience such as this. They are truly Top Notch Apartment Homes

Magnolia Terrace has been my home since 2013. I love living here. The office & maintenance staff have always treated me with respect. They always respond when I have a question or need something repaired. The grounds are maintained. I feel safe here also.

Overall I like the apartment complex and the area. It seems quiet most of the time and I feel safe at the building unit I am in. The management works well with you when there is any problems with anything and promptly answers questions asked. I hope to renew my lease again here at Magnolia Terrace.
