I didn’t realize I would like it this much
November 10, 2019I’ve lived here for the past 6 months while my husband has been in military training, and I have had an incredibly pleasant experience. I first picked them out because they were the only apartments in town that actually answered when I called during work hours, but it ended up being a great decision for me and my husband. My favorite part was that they were totally cool with working with us on our lease - we signed for 6 months with a military clause that let us out when we got our orders. And ...I’ve loved that the management is human: they talk straight with me and have always answered my questions and concerns promptly and sincerely. The grounds are well kept and beautiful (I wasn’t expecting an actual Oasis, but turns out that’s not an inaccurate name!) and the maintenance guys are all awesome - they remember my name, always say hi, and get things done promptly. The apartment itself has been a perfect fit for us. It’s a little studio apartment in the back that gets plenty of afternoon sun and is just the right size for a young couple like us. The concerns I’ve had since I’ve been here have mostly been small: a screw that fell off a cabinet door in the bathroom, a patched hole (the monsoons here are crazy!) that lost the patch, and a frustrating cigarette smoke smell that seemed to accompany the air conditioner. But everything I’ve brought to the management’s attention has been addressed fairly quickly. The screw was replaced, the patch resealed, and obvious effort out into the smell problem. We tried 3 different ways to get the cigarette smoke out, and it eventually faded away for the most part. The biggest thing for me was that they definitely put in effort to address it, even if it wasn’t completely successful. They obviously care about their tenants and that’s pretty awesome! The apartments are a little older, so obviously don’t expect anything crazy, but it has overall been a beautiful, quiet, cozy place that has worked well and let us have a great experience during our time here in Sierra Vista.Property Manager Responded

Oasis Apts. Review
September 26, 2019The Oasis Apts. have been around since 1986. So 34 years. The structures are older and need constant upkeep because of weather and such. Leaks happen especially with this kind of rain. with that said, my leak which just occurred is being dealt with promptly and the staff is being very accommodating since I have small dogs and have to work most every day. Oasis is a Gem
September 23, 2015Oasis apartments are a wonderful place to live. They are quick with their maintenance. The grounds are always kept clean an safe. Most of all the people here are wonderful.
