The constant barrage of people's furniture items being stacked for weeks next to the dumpsters is trashy. Also, people not picking up their dog's waste and it is sitting near your entry to the apartment with flies all around is pretty bad as well. Trash being left in our walkway for days at a time is also bad. All this gives the complex a bad look.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI am extremely dissatisfied with the communication on behalf of the office staff and the apartment agents . We are constantly told that the amenities such as the pool and gym are under construction or being serviced so they are unavailable. The pool was the main reason I chose this apartment complex out of all the sites I toured, however we were not able to enjoy the pool this summer as the hours were extremely scarce being open only a few days this summer. In addition, there are signs everywhere ...that state the pool is open 24/7 however staff were locking out residents at 6pm although we were not aware of the schedule prior . 6 pm is when the sun goes down and is when we can hop in. The gym is another example of extremely limited hours . For example, the schedule was 10am -6pm. Since we live in a city where some of us work evening , graveyard or early morning shifts , there wasn’t an opportunity to get an early workout or late workout .
