      I am extremely dissatisfied with the communication on behalf of the office staff and the apartment agents . We are constantly told that the amenities such as the pool and gym are under construction or being serviced so they are unavailable. The pool was the main reason I chose this apartment complex out of all the sites I toured, however we were not able to enjoy the pool this summer as the hours were extremely scarce being open only a few days this summer. In addition, there are signs everywhere ...
      that state the pool is open 24/7 however staff were locking out residents at 6pm although we were not aware of the schedule prior . 6 pm is when the sun goes down and is when we can hop in. The gym is another example of extremely limited hours . For example, the schedule was 10am -6pm. Since we live in a city where some of us work evening , graveyard or early morning shifts , there wasn’t an opportunity to get an early workout or late workout . This is extremely misleading & frustrating.

      Extremely dirty at move in with small items found from previous owners, Dog poop everywhere, apartments INFESTED with roaches, management will take months to do anything, pool has been closed most of the year because the city shut it down, neighbors are extremely ghetto, crackheads from Jones will take a nice stroll in the parking lot, police is constantly here, unattended kids throw rocks at your car and play soccer in the parking lot hitting all cars, gate NEVER works.. please do yourself a ...
      favor and look elsewhere. I have lived in various apartments and this has been the absolute worst so much that I’m writing a review. The apartments look nothing like the model and are cheaply made with screws coming out and the “nice wooden floors” are fake plastic. I can go on about how horrible this complex is, but bottom line is look elsewhere

    • roaches, and passive aggressive management

      Never had roaches at ANY other apartment. Couldn’t seem to get rid of them here. My unit was literally infested. Also, there were police here every two days, between domestic violence situations (saw my neighbor get beat up by her husband in the middle of the street), what looked like drug busts (saw police surround a unit and bust down the door with one of those door breakers), bloody fights (my other neighbor had a drunken brawl leaving broken glass and blood EVERYWHERE), had police come to MY ...
      door guns drawn looking for a previous resident, and even had homeless people dumpster diving at night. Security here does NOTHING besides write tow tickets to have people’s cars towed. The walls were BEYOND thin. Could literally hear my neighbor cough and my upstairs neighbor’s baby crawling through the house EVERYDAY. Management was grossly negligent and condescending when approached no matter how big or small the matter. While the unit’s layouts are nice, it was the Worst living experience I’ve ever had.

    • Only Consistency is downhill

      After living here for 3+ years we have had multiple property managers. A while back the never gate what I call it because it's never in service, but any this gate closed on my car I had to personally go through my insurance for repairs to fix something that their defective so called safety gate broke. Speaking of that same gate why did tenants have to pay for a fob that is supposed to operate a gate that doesn't work. The list goes on, so 1 of the amenities is this so called storage space. So if ...
      I'm paying$for rent and this space why is the space not available to use currently. Do a few months back we get this letter stating we have x amount of days to clear out space because it's not a fire hazard. So in my opinion and I'm sure lots of tenants will agree that we should not pay for services not in use i.e. storage space, key fob for broken gate. When I say broken I'm saying I've lived her 3+ years and have only used the fob maybe 4 times. That's saying slot right so just imagine living here longer.

      My husband and I are current tenants of these apartments and we have been absolutely wronged by them. It's honestly just management. Apartments Require nice looking on the inside except of course the roach problem. The maintenance guys are just absolutely great. It's honestly management that makes it not worth living here. They have come into our home and blamed us for issues that were their faults and we constantly are having problems with them and we're now know to them there so they constantly ...

    • Rent keeps going up, neighbors are rude with nothing done about it.

      For over a year now they have been making the outside look really nice, while doing nothing about rude neighbors that stomp around at all hours of the night, spray paint cars, or yell out side windows. You can call about problems in the apartments, and while maintenance is 100% wonderful and will fix it asap, the management will try to tell them that an over flowing sink (literately spilling water on the kitchen floor from same neighbors that stomp around now putting rice down the drain, that ...
      back ups your sinks) can wait until the morning. Rent keeps going up, with little to no help with making it a happy place to live. I am sure other parts of the complex is great to live in, however they keep shoving loud, rude people in the back far away from the main office, so it is now a horrible spot to live. Been here for over 6 years, use to be a great place. really said seeing it go so far down hill with how often it changes hands with different management and even owners.

      I currently live here hate it hate it hate it!!! Constant noise to wake you EVERY Morning from annoying lawn blowers. With all the noise you come outside still poop and flies still in same spots for weeks before it's removed or only after I bring it to mgmt attention.       This apartment complex is well kept. We moved from the east coast a year ago. Due to some delays on our part the staff the staff worked with us to make the move. It is a very quiet complex with a very nice pool area and workout room. Outside grilling area. The apartments are very nice and large. If you need anything fixed the staff will get in touch with the maintenance personal which are there in a short time. It is not very far from shopping and many casinos and entertainment venues. I would ...
