The pool and hot tub are dirty, BBQ’s rarely work. The gym is a joke and there is no longer a business center. No assigned parking you have to pay if you want an assigned spot. Good luck finding a spot otherwise. No amenities to speak of for the high rent. So many new apartments being built close by do yourself a favor and rent there.Property Manager Responded

I never had any issues with the staff and maintenance crew. I appreciate managements continuous beautification and maintenance of the property such as painting of all the buildings and pavement repair.
