Wonderful place to live!
April 24, 2026I have been here going on 7 years. This is a beautiful, well maintained complex. The staff and team are exceptional. We have the most wonderful porches! I sit for hours and listen to the birds singing! And our pool; you feel like you live in a resort. I love living here. The best apartment experience
March 23, 2025I've lived here for ten years which should say something right there about how satisfying it is to live here. Besides the obvious fantastic amenities that you can see online, what you can't see is the wonderful and helpful office staff and the excellent maintenance we experience every day. When you choose an apartment complex, you may be awed by the look of the apartments but when it comes down to what's important, you need to be able to count on the staff that works there. Palmetto Pointe has ...24 hour, 7 days a week maintenance on call whenever an emergency happens. And when you need anything fixed or replaced in your apartment, they are right there for you. The office staff strives to work with you whenever you need them. Nothing compares to the people who work here. The office staff and maintenance teams are outstanding, always willing to help, with a smile on their faces and treating those that live here like family. Maintenance is exceptional. Beautiful Complex
February 7, 2024I moved to Palmetto Pointe in September of '22 and have fallen in love with where I live! I always feel like I am on vacation in a tropical resort. The entire staff is very friendly and responsive! There are fun activities and events consistently. Apartments are pristine and the grounds are well maintained. September 23, 2023I was in search of an apartment at the time of my divorce, so I needed a place to stay for the year. I filled out the application to get an apartment through here. Well of course my credit score wasn't that great at the time. But still could've made an exception. Anyways, they charged me a $125 application fee. Took my money and basically said have a nice day. I did however got an apartment right away somewhere else luckily. But do not go here for any reason whatsoever.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
May 3, 2022The leasing office staff is the worst. They’re rude and lie like it’s their job. They let someone in my apartment without notifying me first. (Not maintenance) If I didn’t have a video camera in my apartment I would have never known. Parking was such a hassle. As a young woman I did not feel safe at night, I received a letter in between my door from the police letting me know that someone was breaking into cars and apartments. poor office staff
September 14, 2020Honestly the rudest most unprofessional office staff I have ever came across. There are some ladies that need to be out of a job in that office. Customer service is NOT their specialty. If you would like to live somewhere where there are annoyed glances, mad expressions, and a lack of concern to any issue you may have.....YOU FOUND THE PLACE! But seriously- palmetto pointe management- Find yourself some new office staff. Its bad enough that I would say to anyone -DO NOT get yourself into a ...lease with these people. Not the best place.
January 31, 2020Absolutely, the worst experience I have ever experienced. Me and my roommate had FLEAS the day we moved in. They tried blaming us but luckily we were smart enough to take pictures the day we moved in- to show proof of the exact day and once we told them that, they got scared. They tried to do everything they could to make us stay. They did give us half off rent for month and we demanded our carpet cleaned three times. Length of time for the fleas to go away- was around two months. BE AWARE that ...the apartments are extremely old. We had our refrigerator break and the maintenance man told us our refrigerator was over 20 years old. The appliances need to be up to date. We had cracks on our kitchen counter tops. Also the paint sucks on the walls and the doors. My bathroom door had HAIR all over the bathroom door and my bathroom walls- whoever painted it before I moved in, honestly just painted through the hair. Every time I was in my bathroom I felt gross. Renter Beware if Unethical Practices
June 21, 2019We lived in Palmetto Point for 2 years. We paid rent on time, had a few complaints that were not always addressed to our satisfaction, but , thought we left on good terms. We were shocked when we received a bill for over $500. We are being charged for new carpets for normal wear and tear for both carpets, and a blind. We did have a cat. My issue ...is the charges ... We were being charged for 1 blind replacement. This blind was not broken. Charge for blind replacement is $115 We are being charged with replacement of 2 rugs. Charge $350. Here is my issue. When you move in, the inspection is a simple walk through. When you leave, the inspection actually has maintenance pick up rug, to check for stains on the padding. If there is one stain, you are charged with rug replacement in both rooms , to match dye lots. This, to me, is deceptive practice. All reasonable wear and tear. Resorting to looking under the rug is the last refuge of scoundrels. Palmetto Pointe Apt is run by JMG Realty company. Beware of these unscrupulous practices that refurbish their apartments with your money as a landlord, with out the benefits of being a landlord.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 23, 2019I have been at Palmetto Pointe for two years. All the staff are friendly and treat you like family. Excellent maintenance crew that come and fix the issue as soon as they get the request. Great amenities that are well taken care of and the management team is always open to feedback and looking for ways to improve every aspect of the services offered! They are always having community events as well to make sure palmetto pointe is a great place to live! I highly recommend these apartments!
