It’s close enough to make it a 10-15 minute drive to everything, but far away enough to remain a quiet and safe community. When I first moved in back in March, management was a mess. They have since then gone through new management, and I can at least say they’re much more transparent and attentive. Looking forward to how they’ll improve the complex.Property Manager Responded

Wasn’t told before moving in that the apartment has a full blown infestation (VERY obvious to anyone who spends a few minutes in here). Despite my complaints, I have yet to have anyone from management reach out to me to at least offer an apology. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Also, the apartments are in such a beautiful setting, with all the trees around. That's why I was drawn here in the first place. Although they are older and less modern, they are very well kept and you can't beat the rent price here compared to most apartments in and around Austin.
