April 28, 2026The noise is to a minimum if any the neighbors are relatively friendly there is always a parking spot somewhat nearby. The amount of things that I had to correct upon moving in was a bit disappointing.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2026Management and maintenance are more respectful of our concerns than those previously in the office. Slowly, improvements seem to be made. But there is a lot more that needs to be done. Communication definitely needs improvement. Management sent an email regarding the pressure washing. My building was set up for last Tuesday. Still hasn't been done. It is an inconvenience to have my plants and patio furniture in my apartment waiting to be returned to outside. It would be nice to get an ...update. The issue with the temperature in the apartment during summer still needs to be addressed. Maintenance and manager stated they would look into getting the roof insulation checked and improved to help with the overbearing heat in our apartment. I haven't heard back if or when that would be done. Again, communication needs improvement. The grounds need a lot of work. There are more weeds, dead leaves, and dirt than grass.Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2026I have been asked to update my review. I have lived here for 9 months now. Not much has improved since my last review. The disabled parking continues to be a problem. Residents without disabled parking tags or plates parking in disabled spots. I looked around at other units and noticed screens on their windows. Over 5 months ago I requested in writing screens for our windows. I am still waiting. The smoking of marijuana continues to be an issue. I go to work at odd hours of the night and very ...early morning. The same people are outside smoking weed almost on a daily basis. Just recently the people above me must have had some sort of party because it sounded as though a stampede was going on upstairs. BUT I must say the very positive thing about these apartments are the maintenance workers. They do an outstanding job. Friendly, professional and courteous. If I have an issue and I submit a request it is handled within 24-48 hours.Property Manager Responded
