From the first phone call with the leasing office staff, we have felt at ease; we have been treated with respect and kindness. The apartment was given to us clean, and everything in working conditions. When there was a need for a maintenance to be done at the apartment, the scheduling was smooth and everything was done as scheduled. The staff was professional and efficient. Living here has been the best choice made this year!

The property is getting a makeover and it looks very nice. Most importantly, I like give a shout out to the current manager. She seems to be actively involved in all that is going on. The dumpster situation is not always the cleanest (several times there has been a pile of trash in front of the compactor that was left overnight, this could likely be avoided by posting a sign/notice of how to properly use the compactor and consequences of not following it).
