If you like sunshine Don't move here
May 24, 2022We've had 3 new management companies in 6 months. It seems like they allow anyone to move in that applies. Trees keep snapping and falling on top of cars. If you come here do not park under a tree. It's happened 2 times in the past month. The trees sit on top of people's cars for weeks. The new company bought these super cheap screens to put on the windows that cover the entire window and they're BLACK. It is permanently DARK inside. If you enjoy your home looking like nighttime 24/7 and ...don't enjoy opening your blinds in the morning to the sun shining then this is the perfect place for you. They also refuse to remove them. These screens are also about an inch from the wall around the entire parameter so if you enjoy having your window open know that any and every bug can crawl or fly in. Don't Fall for the Reviews
November 25, 2017I just moved in and it has been awful! So many broken things in my apartment, now that I've signed the lease the 3x a day phone calls from the main office have stopped & now they're dodging MY calls! This place is awful and the NEW management, from what I've heard from asking around-- stink just as bad as the old. PLEASE don't be fooled by how quiet and nice this place looks... there are roaches and many many issues that the front office is blatantly ignoring. You will regret moving here, I ...promise. I got roped into a year lease and now I'm stuck in a terrible place solely because I fell for the pretty pictures, the good reviews, and the front office "kindness" that scammed me into signing the lease... It's ok.
July 28, 2015This place is alright. Spacious apartments and is good if you own a pet. I've had several things break down and maintenance was good about coming and fixing them. Lots of grass... However, it is filled with weeds that are never taken care of. Also, the last section's grass area looks rather desolate without any trees.Review from Apartments.com
It's a pretty great place to live!
July 28, 2015I've lived in my apartment here at Park View for 3 months. Over all its a good place to live. Pros: great location, security guard at night, nice pool, bocce court, tiny dog park, lots of grass, updated kitchens, responsive management. Cons: kinda sketchy area, my car got broken into at night, overly strict with what you can put on your patio, can only bring two guests to the pool, grass filled with weeds, outdated bathrooms.Review from Apartments.com
