Great Place to Live
September 2, 2025I've lived at Parkside for three years, and it’s been a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are comfortable and consistently well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated property staff and attentive maintenance team. The property manager, Theresa, goes above and beyond to care for this community. It’s rare to find a manager so responsive and hands-on. She’s even personally scraped gum off the sidewalk in the summer heat which is just one example that speaks volumes about her ...commitment. Theresa leads by example and holds her staff to high standards, and it shows. I’ve lived in other places where the staff felt distant or unapproachable, but Parkside’s team is visible in the community and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. Over the past three years, I’ve seen firsthand how hard they work to keep the property in great shape and listen to resident feedback! They’re always seeking ways to improve the living experience. Some ways I've seen this in the past few years are: fresh paint externally, updated windows, deep-cleaned breezeways, additional dog waste stations, or organizing new community events that bring in small businesses and food trucks. Maintenance always resolves issues quickly and efficiently. They are very kind and you will always catch them around the property with a smile and wave - always hard at work! On top of that, the neighbors we’ve met here have been great too. November 2, 2024Absolutely love living here. The pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Great gym as well. The management keeps on top of everything. Any problem is solved in a timely manner and all front office staff are so approachable. Theresa, Michelle and Barbara are all amazing. Same goes for the maintenance staff. Nothing is ever a problem! (Our last apartment had management that never got back to you, the pool, gym and common areas were never taken care of properly and were closed half the time) ...Parkside was such a nice change!! Location is great too. Walking to Kroger and Wiilowfork park. Even La Centerra if you like a long walk. Just a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live
May 5, 2024Parkside is a wonderful place to live! I've lived here for a few years now, and it is by far the best apartment complex I've lived at. The front office and maintenance people are very helpful and friendly. The apartments themselves are nice and well kept. It's a quiet complex with good insulation. I hardly ever hear my neighbors or traffic. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment!Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2024I give Parkside 5 stars!! Let me just say this is the perfect place for me! The Location is awesome, with so many great amenities! Super close to stores nearby as well! I fell in love with Parkside!! They also love your fur babies!! Can’t wait to bring my fur baby to the Dog parks once he reunites with me! Parkside made my application process so smooth! As a first time renter, Michele helped make everything a breeze for me! You feel the great vibes when you walk into the office. Even the office ...smells so fresh and clean! I am super excited to call this place home!!! Michele and Theresa are super sweet and very attentive!! Just moved here a couple weeks ago, and I know I made the right decision!! I feel right at home. The closest place to Heaven
December 5, 2023I moved from New York City to Houston Texas and this was the very first apartment that I viewed. I instantly fell in love, the leasing office was extremely friendly and attentive. All of my questions were answered, applying for the apartment was easy and with a fast response. I have been living here close to a year, and I must say I am honestly in my dream apartment. The leasing office and the maintenance crew do a wonderful job, keeping the apartment complex safe, clean, peaceful, and ...beautiful. I have actually received my first furniture from the leasing office, they even helped me move into my apartment. The best family friendly community in Katy.
November 30, 2023We have been looking for an apartment for almost a month, and once we stopped for a tour at Parkside we got hooked on the place and its beautiful scenes. The place is super clean and comfy and to put the cherry on the top, The community management team is so decent and kind, they made us feel at home. Your Dream home
September 13, 2023I’ve been living here for almost 3 months and I absolutely love living here! When I was searching for a place to move I toured many properties and the moment I stepped in to Parkside I knew right away I found the perfect home. Michelle was so kind and patient. Blaine and Theresa are amazing as well! The staff takes pride in the property their constantly making sure it’s nice and clean. When I had a Maintenance issue they come right away, they’re on top of it! The whole staff is amazing at ...Parkside! That speaks volumes. The property is very safe, clean and quiet. Everyone that lives here is very respectful and friendly. They sometimes have food truck pop up that are very tasty! Highly recommend living here! The Best in Katy
August 7, 2023I love living at Parkside Grand. It is quiet and a smoke free environment which is important to me with asthma. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. When I had an a/c problem on the weekend, it is considered an emergency with the temps in Texas and they responded even late at night or on the weekend. Also, there are different age groups but I do not even hear or see the younger folks. Do Not hesitate in looking into these apartments. You will not find better Managemen/Office ...staff in Katy! Parkside Grand Parkway is #1
July 28, 2023I have lived at Parkside Grand Parkway since 2014, and look forward to another year. The apartment itself is better than I could have imagined with spacious rooms and closets, beautiful floors, nice appliances, and plenty of windows for maximum light. The grounds are filled with grass and trees in addition to two pools, all kept clean year around. There is plenty of visitor parking; covered parking and garages are available. As for personnel, there is none better. Manager Theresa plus Laura, ...Michelle, and Blaine in the Leasing Office are ready to help and answer any questions. They go out of their way to go the extra mile to make residents feel welcome year after year. Everyone is on a first-name basis. The maintenance staff is headed by Erasmo, who can fix any problem that's large or small. Assistance is available every day. All in all, I have lived in many apartment complexes but not one has come close to what's offered here -- comfort and security.Property Manager Responded

Great for families!
March 26, 2023Beautiful property, helpful staff, and extremely pet friendly. I love how our apartment is maintained, it feels very luxurious to soak in a huge bathtub or cook in a kitchen with shiny appliances.
