The apartment interior is "a step above" most other places I have rented in the past. The office staff has always been very friendly, courteous and helpful and they quickly handled whatever issues I might have had. I truly appreciate that the maintenance staff also responded immediately, and did a very thorough job resolving our problems. Disadvantages: 1. Two theft incidences. Thieves broke twice into my car. Not to blame the property but a disadvantage of the area. 2. Too many maintenance issues with the apartment. 15 maintenance work orders opened in less than two years. 1 administration order opened in the past two years

That's a real turn off especially the rent pricing varying seems a bit shady, sure people have to live somewhere but they want to feel like they got what they paid for and thats not the case at Pembroke in my observation from other who live here.

We have had some maintenance requests already, although they have always responded quickly and repairs are completed promptly. The property is well maintained and the area is quiet and peaceful. Whenever I have questions, the leasing staff (Kirsten) has always responded quickly and has been amazing throughout our transition to moving here.
