August 12, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comBeen in the complex for two years and find it very hard to leave. The complex is maintained very well. Management is always around to help and things get done quick. Max is the best maintenance man in the business. Always things going on for the community at the clubhouse. People are friendly and it's cozy and quiet. Plenty of parking for you and guests. Great place to live and the price is nice for the area.

The apartments themselves are always maintained, and any issues found are quickly taken care of. I would recommend this apartment complex over all others in the Bakersfield area. The neighborhood is great, as is the placement of the complex in the town. The apartments are not far from shopping areas and restaurants. When I left I had the place professionally cleaned but she still charged me for carpet cleaning plus a full clean despite reassuring me I would not be charged. chuck the previous manager was much more reasonable. Do not rent here If people think this is one of the best apartments out there it is , but the current management make it the worse place ...in town .Read More
