  • Poor maintenance and inattentive management

    Interior of apartment buildings regularly stink like cigarettes and weed. Complaints to management fall of deaf ears. We had no hot water for around two and a half months. Managements response was "we're going to fix it". I had a light switch broken in my bathroom when I first moved in which controlled the fan and light, it took maintenance three months to fix this. There's currently mold in my bedroom and bathroom growing. I've been cleaning it and contacted maintenance about it coming back, no ...

  • Mediocre at Best

    We've lived here for a few years now and are dying to get out. The building always smells like pot and cigarette smoke (even though there's "no smoking" on premise) and most of the people here are not the nicest. They steal your packages and make SO much noise. They start fights in the parking lot. Management is flaky and takes forever to respond to requests- that is, if it's still the same property manager you spoke to last week. The apartment itself is OK, nothing special. There is ample closet ...
    space which is nice. Appliances usually work well enough and the water is hot 80% of the time. Communal laundry can be kind of a pain. IMO, they way overcharge for what the apartment is worth but I guess you pay for location. Pondside advertises as a "luxury" complex, but that is hardly accurate. The positive is they don't charge for heat or extra for pets which most places in the area do. Littleton is a nice area. Great for commuters.

  • Worst mistake

    Looks nice (lipstick on a pig)but the worst Mistake moving here. Dumpster always full, smoking pot & cigarettes tolerated (even with non smoking policy) new wood floors great improvement to the already loud footsteps & good luck with maintenance issues.

  • Negative Changes

    I have been a resident for 6 years and unfortunately the new management is a nightmare. They made the horrible decision to let go of a great maintenance worker named John. This new management is rude and in my opinion do not have a clue to run this place. If this keeps up I must sadly say I am strongly considering to move. Beacon should investigate this ponside location and once they see what kind of staff they have then will things go back to how they were if these people are replaced.

    The apartment we have is nice. It was recently updated so it is clean. White walls and carpet bedrooms. It is a 2bd 2 bath open concept apt. It is pet friendly, and has a patio. The only thing that is hard to get used to is the apartment is close to the highway so you really cannot sleep with the windows open. It is on the ground floor and in the corner, so it is somewhat private. The neighbors are friendly.
