The neighbors are noisy and rude and the buildings are so cheaply made you can hear everything. Just about everyone has a dog and I have the misfortune of living next to one that barks all the time. It is like living in a noisy kennel. The property manager is completely useless in controlling the noise and should be fired.Property Manager Responded
