May 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comLiving here has been frustrating because whenever residents bring up legitimate concerns, management says they will look into it, but after waiting days or even weeks, the usual response is that there is nothing they can do and that residents simply have to deal with it themselves. They are very quick to collect rent every month, but when it comes time to reinvest that money back into the community or address resident concerns, they drag their feet. Expect slow responses and little follow-through ...when problems arise. The property is not maintained to the standard you would expect for the amount of rent being charged. The dumpster area near my building is frequently overflowing with trash, and there is an ongoing issue with dog waste throughout the community. Many residents do not clean up after their dogs, and there are areas where you have to watch every step to avoid stepping in it. Expect cleanliness and common area maintenance to be an ongoing issue. Snow removal was another major problem. After snowfall, it took far too long for the roads and driveways to be cleared. I was unable to get my vehicle out and get to work for multiple days because the conditions were not addressed in a reasonable timeframe. Expect to be snowed in longer than you should be and hope you don't have somewhere important to be. I also experienced significant increases in my water and electric charges without any clear explanation. My utility bills suddenly increased to nearly double what I had previously been paying, and I never received a satisfactory explanation for the increase. Expect your monthly costs to be higher than what you originally budgeted for. What finally pushed me to write this review was a missing package. My package sat outside my apartment for nearly two weeks without any issues. During building power washing, a contractor moved it out of the camera's view, and afterward it disappeared. I reviewed the footage, documented the timeline, and provided videos and screenshots to management. Despite the circumstances and evidence, there was little interest in investigating the matter and no meaningful assistance was provided. Expect to be on your own when something goes wrong. Overall, my experience has been a pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and delayed action. Our team works hard to respond to resident concerns as quickly as possible and maintain open communication throughout the community. Trash is picked up twice weekly; however, there are times when the dumpster areas can become overloaded between scheduled pickups. We continue to monitor these areas closely and remind residents to properly dispose of waste to help keep the community clean. We also regularly address pet waste concerns and encourage all residents to be respectful of shared spaces. Regarding the winter storm, the snowfall and ice conditions were more severe than anticipated across the area. During that time, we brought in additional snow removal crews to assist with clearing roads and parking spaces as quickly and safely as ...possible while also maintaining communication with residents throughout the storm. We understand the inconvenience these conditions caused and appreciate everyone’s patience during that event. In regard to the package concern, we carefully reviewed the footage provided. The video showed the contractor temporarily moving the package during the power washing process to prevent it from getting wet and then returning it before walking away empty-handed. While we understand how upsetting a missing package can be, the footage did not show the contractor taking the package. We also invited additional footage or information to further assist with the investigation if available. We appreciate all resident feedback, as it allows us to identify areas where we can continue improving both communication and the resident experience.

What are and should be considered normal repairs and maintenance, they have termed 'renovations'. Kind of sad really. My unit's previous tenant must have been a dog owner. There are scratches and bite marks all over the baseboards, corners of doors, window sills, etc. It was merely painted over - not even sanded or replaced - it would cost so little. ...There was paint on the floor and mirrors from the terrible painting job that occurred during the - 'renovation'. I think kinder gardeners could do a better job. The water heater in my unit was actually only half the size of what was in the model and contrary to advertising. As far as their maintenance and up keep - it is pretty laughable. They send a person with a gas powered air blower to clear the side walks - it is rather loud and annoying, especially considering how ineffective it is. Heard of a broom? I know, it takes too much actual work. It's been months and there are multiple units with siding hanging off, swinging in the wind - just a major health hazard. One of the siding pieces fell off the unit from close to 3 floors up - landed on the sidewalk - thankfully no one was hurt. The debri is still there - still not cleaned up. One of the workers cut the string lights I have hanging on the ceiling. The staff went above and beyond my complaints, negotiating with the contractor to secure me a visa debit card to cover the expenses for the lights as well as the inconvenience to my time. I’m going to start with the parking lot, they have enough parking spots for you and your visitors, if you don’t have a permit parking sticker on your car you would have until 11 pm which is fine so during the day anyone could come to visit you without any worries. It is also a quiet place. I had packages delivered to my door all the time and they were never stole it, some of the next door neighbors would leave their packages in front of the door for days ...and nobody never touched it, which it makes me think it is a safe place. We were in the renovated apartments and we just had one time problem with the AC unit, we sent a msgs from the website asking for someone to come to fix it and they showed up quickly. About bugs, we never had any issue with bugs, I’m also a super freak cleaning person so that also helped with that. You may find some nosy neighbors like the ones we had above us, they were very nosy we could hear their alarm ringing for an hour starting at 4 am Or when they were having sex, but I think that would be in any apartment complex, it’s about of luck if you find someone who cares about who live below them. And at last when we moved out we just got charged for carpet shampoo which it was about 30 dollars, they didn’t charge for anything else, I know so many people are complaining about extra charges when they move out but you just have to make sure the apartment is completely clean, like moving the stove or the fridge and clean that areas very well or the bulbs or chandeliers, every single thing. We were just very carefully with everything knowing that we didn’t own the place, if you have that in mind everything will be good. Secondly, the management of this establishment is not unequipped but unprofessional. Customer service is poor, there is a lack of follow through on anything agreed upon, and just overall a bad experience. Cost is decent for the location, but as far as living there, with this current management group in the onsite office, I'd personally recommend you take your chances ...somewhere else. Also, for management purposes, the manager Chowdhury should find another line of work because she is absolutely incompetent in this field. As a professional that has been in this industry of property management for a long time, S.
