    Lived here for a year, one bedroom is really spacious but drafty. Really cold in the winter but heater works well. Walking distance from grocery store and a few bars.

    I like the one bedrooms, there one story like a house.Another is you have your own reserved parking spot.Only drawback is winter heating can get high because of drafty windows and slider. Overall it'seems been a good place to live.

In regards to the windows, we have conducted a property wide window replacement to replace all windows with double pane windows.
