They di have a temporary person there but he is gone and I haven't been able to contact anyone since. Honestly do not waste your time with them.

October 7, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI was a current tenant for years and I moved cleaned my apartment and the management still trying to charge me over the amount of security hundreds of dollars for basic wear and tear of the unit the carpet and walls that they are clearly suppose to paint after each move in and install new carpet NEVER RENT here they will try to get money from you anyway they canProperty Manager Responded
November 4, 2020Hello, Here at the Reserve at Fox River we work very hard to have a very detailed and upfront list of policies and procedures for move ins and move outs. We do this because it is important to us to offer a clean well maintained home to both new and current residents. Any charges that our residents receive upon move out are discussed in person in a final move out walk between both the tenant and the community manager. Any issues with the unit are noted on the forms that you would have filled out regarding what your unit looked like at time of move in. If you feel like any of these charges were an error, I am happy to meet with you so we can talk about your specific situation and see how I can help. The management when I moved in was good, then it got a little ehh, but our Management now is AWESOME. One of our past Asst. Managers is back and is now the Property Manager!! The grounds are always clean and I've never had issues with maintenance fixing things. For the most part the property is quiet. Of course there is always a few tenants that are loud, just like any other apartment complex or neighborhood, there is always one or two ...annoying neighbors.Read More

There is no such thing as “normal wear and tear” and you will be charged thousands beyond your security deposit for carpet, paint, etc. And that was after moving into the place with old carpeting and residing here for 3 years. She was rude, thoughtless, inconsiderate and didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my negotiations. Look ANYWHERE else! Prospective renters beware!!

The unit is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and many more. My daughter is currently a sophomore in high school and I plan on moving once she graduate. Free rent for a year would allow me to safe money for college and move to area that fits my needs.

September 17, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe complex building I live in is a really nice and quiet place to live it. It has spacious 2 and 3 bedrooms for your family and even to build one. It has a nice big pool area, a park for the younger kids and a basketball court where the younger boys can enjoy a game of basketball. Also, It has nice schooling in the area and you have access to stores there are in walking distance, which is a big plus for some.
