I LOVE Mary the manager she has a Wonderful customer service, But there is a New Leasing Agent who NEVER answers the phone when she is by herself, She is very Mean, Unprofessional & Careless. She is Not willing to help you at all. Everytime she looks for excuses to not help you. My Aunt has been living here for 5 years and she will not Renew In 2 moths the poor customer service here is making us leave the property.!

If I could go back to the day I signed my least and take it back I would. This has been the worst “home” I have ever lived in. I will not resign my lease here. They constantly try to over charge for ridiculous things. Every month it’s something new and I will not be ripped off. Maria is an awful employee and I don’t see how she still has her job. She is rude and very disrespectful. Not willing to even talk about the ridiculous allegation towards me instead she made it into a joke like it’s funny ...
that they are putting me through this stress every month. I’m beyond happy I only signed a six month lease. I can not wait to get out of this apartment. If you are wondering if this is a good place to live it’s not... you will regret ever signing a lease with this place

We needed to move quickly and I found this property online. After reading all the amazing reviews about Maria online, I wanted to check this place out! Maria lived up to her amazing reputation. She answered all of our questions and even took the time to put new floors and appliances in our unit. She has been an angel! We definitely have peace at mind knowing such a kind woman in the office.
