Office Staff – Nicole and Dottie both have been absolutely amazing. The level of communication and ...
    care you provided was more than I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. No matter what I needed, they were always there to help in some way. From quick replies to clear and thoughtful updates about changes, road work, community events, and more — they kept everything running smoothly and made me feel truly looked after. Maintenance Team I’m pretty sure I kept them the busiest! There were times I felt like I might’ve been a bit of a handful with my requests, but they always showed up with professionalism and care. The quality of work they put into maintaining the apartments really shows — from the precise painting on walls and baseboards to clean flooring, solid cabinet hinges, rust-free fixtures, and spotless faucets. Even the thermostats looked new! Seriously, it’s the best-maintained place I’ve ever lived in. The entire team at Ridges of Cascade does an outstanding job, and it’s obvious to anyone who lives there. My only (very small) complaint is that no one ever accepted water or a cold drink from me on those hot days. Highly-recommend this place anyone looking for a nice quiet hope to live in. Ps..I moved out in May after 2 years.

    The Ridges of Cascade is so wonderful to live at! The community is great and the management team is the best! They are always finding ways to really grow the community and do really fun resident events. It’s also super pet friendly. I have two dogs and they love living here. There are so many places to walk and when you stop in the office, Dottie and Nicole give them so much love and all the treats!! My dog literally begs to go to the office and see them! The maintenance team is also top notch. ...
    They are so fast at responding to any requests and do a phenomenal job of keeping the property looking beautiful. Can’t say enough good things about living here - it’s an amazing place to call home.

    My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and we love it. The apartments are spacious. They all have attached garages which is so nice in the winter. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far my favorite.

    I toured a lot of apartments in the Grand Rapids area. What help me make my final decision as to where to move is the professional service and I received. Ridges Of Cascade is complete with luxury finishes immaculate landscaping and spectacular location. The management was extremely helpful when I wanted to move in.   • Wonderful Staff and Nice Apartments

    Lived here for 2 years and we can't fit all the nice things to say about Nicole, Dennis, and the maintenance staff in one review. They are proud of the community they run and do superhuman work. Very responsive and an uncanny ability to remember names and faces even during a pandemic. The apartments and facilities are relatively new and are maintained well. Quick responses on maintenance requests. Good communication from the office via email or text. Community events. Only negative is the highway ...
    noise, though some buildings and units are not as affected by it. Location north of runway 17/35 is an aviation geek's paradise.

  • GREAT PLACE!

    To say that I love living at Ridges of Cascade, is an understatement. When my divorce was final, I wanted to find a great transition place before purchasing my next home, and I'm so glad I chose Ridges. The amenities are great and the staff are responsive to needs. They also are keen on creating a sense of community, e.g., ice cream socials, pony rides for kids and contest for best holiday decorations. I'd highly recommend them.

    I’ve been living at Ridges of Cascades for a little over a year and absolutely LOVE it! From the management team (Nicole & Dennis)to maintenance, you will always have any issues solved quickly and with a smile:). When my parents visit from Detroit they feel like they’re on vacation and enjoy relaxing by the pool and hot tub. I also love working out at the gym and even quit my expensive gum membership because I have everything I need to get a good workout in here. You will not be disappointed ...
