I moved in to the Lakeside Nest 3 months ago with my family. It is a peaceful community and my kids love the basketball court. The complex has also plenty of parking. Management team has treated me very well so I am happy to recommend it to other people.

I hate living here! I was left without a refrigerator for 4 months! And they didn’t discount the rent or provide any reimbursement or even an apology! When they did replace the refrigerator they brought in one that was cracked and there was mold inside and it took another MONTH for them to give me an actual refrigerator I could use. There has been water coming out of my ceiling for 3 days and every time I call they are “sending someone” yet no one has came! The apartment was covered in dog hair ...
when I moved in and when I pointed this out they said they would have the cleaning crew clean again, but it looked then same on my move in day. The kitchen was disgusting! I haven’t been able to use my dishwasher since I moved in because of mold and rust that came from the previous tenant. There is mold above the refrigerator that they painted over and it has started to come through it, the property manager said they would look at it months ago, no one ever came. Parts of the vinyl flooring is warped and has holes in it. When I moved in I was told I was paying an extra $50 for an upgraded apartment and would have matching black appliances, yet only the unusable dishwasher is black. And I found out later it was actually because I have a lake view of a dirty polluted lake! I would NOT recommend living here unless you are extremely desperate!
