Neglectful
January 7, 2026The property’s sprinkler system damaged my car and management couldn’t care less. No apology. No solution to prevent this from happening further. The sprinkler system was being drained adjacent to the garage door, and the heavy water flowed and ponded under the garage door. Upon me exiting the garage, the sprinkler water dripped off the garage door and damaged my car. I have rust colored stains on my door, and hard water stains on my door as well. Only solution provided was to file a claim with ...my insurance company. Neglectful and totally inappropriate. Their claim the lease says property isn’t responsible for damage to car caused by theft, fire, water, etc. is unrealistic when their failure to properly maintain their property and ensure these types of damages does not occur. May 9, 2025The pool should be opened earlier, not just at the end of May. Additionally, since the plumbing incident in front of my apartment, the smell in the stairs has been horrible. I believe the administration should take action to remove the bad odor in the 340 stairs area.Property Manager Responded
