March 30, 2026So far my experience here has been positive. I wish rent wouldn't be as high as it is, Raritan is not NYC metro. However I know prices are a problem across the country.Review from Apartments.com
AVOID
February 13, 2026I would not recommend staying here. The customer service was extremely poor, and the overall experience felt unprofessional and questionable. While the photos may look appealing online, the reality did not match expectations. Save yourself the frustration and choose another place to stay.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2026Excellent experience. I love it here, Parking lot is plowed, salted and safe.
