August 18, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe downtown area transformed into a vibrant city center with an eclectic mix of residential, retail, parkland, and public space. We enjoy to wake up each morning in a spacious, beautifully-appointed apartment, shop and work right next to home and, at the end of the day, stroll down a lively Riverwalk to our favorite restaurant. Also,it is a walking distance to University and city center with great shopping, restaurants and beautiful lake. It has everything for living the dream :)
