Very nice community
January 29, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here now for 8 months, being a newly divorced women finding a safe place to live was top priority. I feel safe here and my neighbors are very nice. Grounds are kept up, and your able to plant flowers in your front yard. Stephanie the manager is so nice and will do anything if you ask her!! Highly recommend

We have gotten accused of things we didn't even do for example smoking in our apartment. I do not smoke and never have. So therefore they have told us we are not allowed to renew our lease (wasn't going to anyways) but also gave the apartment I am trying to move into a bad review and made them deny me. How do you expect me to move if I can't get accepted because you got mad over something without even hearing what I ...had to say first? This place is not a place to be, our neighbors are rude and so is the lady in the office. Although maintenance does do a great job I'll say that much and because of that I'll give 1 star (mostly because I have to).Read More

November 17, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThis was a great place to live, I moved out last month, but lived there for two years. Monthly rent is a priced appropriately, especially compared to other apartments in the area. Cindy was very sweet, and maintenance was very helpful and on top of things when needed. I had some personal problems I was dealing with when I was moving out and they were nice enough to help me with that as I couldn't get help to move out my washer/dryer. The only bad thing I could say is the electric is very ...expensive so be prepared to pay some money into that. Also this is not a place for multiple people to live, I lived here by myself and was very packed, the kitchen is a little small but everything else is good sized! I am happy to have lived here the past two years. I would recommend it to any single people looking for a place to live!Read More

With two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a patio, and a basement with hook-up for washer/dryers and plenty of storage, you can't get a better deal! The kitchen and 1/2 bath are very small and outdated, but the rest is a true steal! The playground is outdated but pool is awesome. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The management company takes care of the grounds during the winter and summer (our sidewalk was always shoveled in the morning) and any issues ...promptly (we had trouble with a sink faucet and it was replaced the same day). I would recommend this place to my own family.Read More
