Apartments are not overpriced at all. Maintenance is also excellent. When it snows the parking lot and walkways are always cleared and salted immediately. What I liked most about these apartments is that it's not like apartment "hotel" style living. You have your own front door and a slider with a patio or deck. Never had any issues with neighbors, everyone is ...very friendly.Read More

We had a severe mold issue that the front office could not have cared less about. It became worse and worse, with no solution. Was actually told "mold is normal". That was one of the several issues we had over the 10 short months of living here. The front desk does not communicate about any issue. I would not recommend living here.

The apartment quality is very good. The property manager is extremely nice. There are 2 allotted parking spaces which is very convenient and there is available parking for guests as well. The community doesn't have a gym.
