Riverview Towers - An Elderly and Disabled Community Apartments

Affordable, HUD subsidized, income-based apartments! Qualified residents pay only 30% of their gross adjusted income. Riverview Towers is a smoke-free apartment complex. Apartments are open to individuals or couples who meet the income requirements and are at least 62 years of age or disabled. Apartments have a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. All apartments have an emergency pull cord located in the bathroom in the case of an accident or emergency. The dining room at Riverview Towers offers a noon-time meal, facilitated by the Aging and Disability Resource Center. This meal is available to tenants 365 days a year at a suggested donation price. Pets are allowed, but require an additional security deposit. All utilities are included, other than telephone and cable. We also have a community sunroom, atrium, library as well as a shared garden!
