October 23, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe area and the neighborhood is very nice. When I moved in it was advertised that they had a gym but they did not. I was told they were working on a place for it but a year later they haven’t done anything with it. The pool could have better hours. October 23, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s going very well, grateful indeed. I came here in February and look forward to renewing my lease soon. The location & commodities are excellent, communities perks another gem. Sure the walls are thin & washers could be better performance, but that’s not a deal breaker for me, ill still recommend. For the thin walls it’s good to be at the bottom level instead of the top. In this case you can hear everything the person upstairs is doing & not the other way around.. so your neighbor probably ...won’t hate you as much Haha. Still, you can hear conversations no matter what level, the walls are simply that thin. But if you have a cool neighbor & don’t walk much it’ll make the experience much smoother. But it’s inevitable at one point or another your neighbors are gonna hear you one way or the other, so you’ll get used to it. Regardless, it’s still a great overall community to take into consideration!
