Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Avana Cityview. My move-in was marred by serious delays, an uncleaned unit left with trash, and missing appliances that took a week to deliver. Prospective renters should be cautious, as the unit condition delivered did not match what was shown during the tour, and basic infrastructure like pedestrian sidewalks throughout the grounds is lacking.
