I would recommend... (Verified Renter)
November 23, 2020I would recommend these apartments because they are spacious, the location is close to everything including the major highway and the rent is somewhat reasonable. I wouldn't recommend these apartments because the ground aren't kept up well, they have a lot of water bugs and spiders, maintenance requests weren't responded quickly enough, the utilities are high for the quality of the apartment and doesn't include a washer and dryer. This makes the apartment rent a lot higher. Also, residents ...have to pay a separate water bill which adds on to the additional charges.Property Manager Responded

July 27, 2020This is the first time the outcome met my expectations. The fact that there are new maintenance techs and office personnel, with an answering service for after hours, most likely plays a part. Trash is the biggest issue that has yet to be addressed with a final solution so I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending a place with such poor trash maintenance.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2020I think that the apartment complex has a lot of potential. I think that the exterior needs to be updated and the pool needs to be cleaned more often. I also think that they need to do a better job with the apartment grounds. It needs to be cleaner, especially near the mailboxes with all the mail flying around.Review from Apartments.com
