November 7, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI have been working with the Owner now for two weeks. I am handicapped and have cancer, and George has been so kind and understanding with me. Pretty much have asked me what he could do for me. And that is truly unheard of when it comes to renting an apartment. He is a God Send. I have moved a few times in my life being a retired Military man. And I have zero worries about this move. I truly look forward to living in this complex and having this man as a Landlord. He will be more of a friend than ...a Landlord. He treats me like a human. Other places I have talked to treat you like your riff-raff. Quiet, peaceful, nice

The units are older, but the manager and his family keep everything in very good shape. There is little noise, and the management is very helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend these apartments.

The landlord and property managers kept the complex very clean and well kept. It was also always very peaceful and quiet at the end of Fitzgerald St. Definitely a great value for the area.

Rent is decently priced It sets back off the road with a woodsy country setting. I always feel safe and secure Great scenery, faint sounds of trains because this town is a train depot All around nice place to live no complaints here
