There is no major problem with the apartment, but the packages are often missing. The attitude of the new female administrator is not friendly, and she speaks very coldly every time. And she is very rigid, it is difficult to maintain a harmonious atmosphere with everyone.

During my apartment hunt, I was most pleased with Runaway Bay out of all the apartments in the area. They were up to date, and a nice community. I look forward to spending the next few years here.
Overpriced for the age of this community
August 1, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comRent is overpriced, Maintenance is understaffed, leasing office is understaffed and they rarely answer the phone, hot tub/spa is closed because it is out of service about 90% of the time. New move ins are a higher priority over existing residents maintenance requests. Office staff under current management is a "revolving door". Summer landscaping is very poor. Bushes are almost always overgrown. Overall upkeep of the whole property is poor.
