September 30, 2024It has been a while since I’ve moved out. But thought I’d leave a warning to those who may consider this place. It took over 8 months to get a noise complaint handled and addressed with. Over 10+ video evidences, multiple calls and complaints, this was by far one of the most inconsiderate neighbors I have ever had to deal with. Our lease was up by the time this was addressed and action was taken place, so technically nothing was handled as it should’ve been. I have lived in 5 other states, 5 ...major metropolitan cities and NEVER had to deal with something like this. Standards and expectations should be higher across the board. October 29, 2021SkyHouse was great in the beginning; clean, minor noise issues, and complaints were taken care of. Ive been here for almost eight years. Started declining in the last 2 years. It is filthy now, bugs coming up the drain, music blasting at all hours of the night and/or morning, and trash chute overflowing in the weekends with trash smell everywhere. I have a few more months left on my lease I will NOT be renewing. I would consider breaking it, if the I find a place sooner.Property Manager Responded
