My apartment is close downtown water activities and close to canal and close to rural living.A little bit of both,so you are always contented.Plenty of parking spaces so if you own a car or two you can park close to your building.Mixture of people,young and old and in between.And always some children sprinkled in here for laughter and fun.I think most people looking for an apartment would enjoy themselves and find that it is feasible and frugal.

One of the best apartment buildings by far! My neighbors are very quiet and friendly, and I have a 5 min walk from the canal which is beautiful this time of year!
