don’t walk… RUN AWAY from this place. Where do I start? The mold? The car break ins? The roaches? The horrible management/ communication? The negligent maintenance? The getting charged a whole months rent AFTER my lease ended? This place is complete TRASH. All they care about is taking your money. They couldn’t care less about the safety of residents. Any and every problem brought to their attention, they disregarded. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want constant bugs, mold, to waste your money, or ...

Maintenance doesn’t work on sundays or ever my ceiling is leaking it’s a saturday night. The leasing office is evicting people to move in new tenants. THEY RAISED THE RENT WITH NOOOOO WARNING. It’s not worth the price at all. i’ve been here for a year and i will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

Horrible place to live since management change. Girl shot in her own apartment through the window by people she did not know. Apartment complex responded by reminding us our safety was our own responsibility. Office staff is rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful.

Do not, I say again do not waste your money living here. There’s no security so your car will be stolen and broken into. You will never be warned when someone has been shot. Supposedly there’s security but you’ll never see anyone walking or driving around. There are fake cameras so don’t expect any footage. Management is no help at all so don’t waste your breath complaining. They do not care!!!!!!!!!!
