February 24, 2026Overall. We’ve had a great experience living at the Seneca. The staff is terrific and very welcoming. The gym is well equipped. The location is hard to beat. And the on site maintenance has been very helpful. Some small annoyances: the mail room boxes are small making it easy for postal workers to make mistakes. We’ve gotten the wrong mail for other tenants, and when we were waiting on a very important piece of mail, it was lost in another persons mailbox. If we hadn’t gone down to speak with the ...postal service, it would’ve been lost. The elevators are in a state of constant service. Not much detail about why. There’s only one entrance and on the Friday-weekends it guarded by tourists and valet, making getting in and out cumbersome because people don’t move or realize I live here. There is a back entrance, which could be used by residents, but it’s locked.Property Manager Responded

I think the joy of the building is the front desk staff and also the maintenance team is very on top of things and very helpful!
