Good Value, Not Perfect
June 7, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comGood value/location. Property manager does a nice job with the resources that Morgan Properties provides. Maintenance services are outsourced and moderately slow. The entire apartment complex, which is probably 20+ buildings, shares a single outdoor amazon locker for package delivery. This locker is constantly overflowing, and the Amazon employees will drop extra packages on the ground next to the locker instead of delivering them to tenants doors. Morgan properties will not add a second Amazon ...locker, despite high demand for one. Amazon employees have no incentive to deliver packages to tenants' doors. Package theft is not uncommon when the locker overflows.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
