If there ever is an issue in the apartment the staff is on top of it right away even after hours. Management gave my husband and I a chance when no one else would and we greatly appreciate that. Also, being on the North side of town is much better. I'll miss it here. The only reason why I am moving is that my job offered me company housing for free.

The staff and maintenance crew have been very responsive for the few problems we have had while living there. Recently, we had problems with the bathroom faucet. I sent an email explaining the problem late one evening. The next day we were called and the repair technician, Danny, arrived in the afternoon. Danny fixed the faucet problem by replacing the unit. They walked me through the actual apartment I was going to rent and offered very competitive rent prices. Very friendly, most live on property so you can reach out in case of an emergency. Definitely worth the tour, their pond looks great and the pool is refreshing!

June 9, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI lived at Silver Creek for 5 years and maintenance guys were always great and fixed any issues I had. Office staff changed and it only got better. The ladies in the office are always happy to help and greet you with a smile. The duck pond with fish was always my go to and relax after a long day of work.Sadly, the oil field drop sent me back home but if I ever do come back to Midland I'll make Silver Creek my home again.
