Yes the property is past 30 years old so yes it has normal wear and tear. It is not perfect but it is great service clean and the staff makes all the difference. They are dedicated and truly care about the community. I wish all residents cared as much as they did. Most do but of course there is carless neighbors that don't pick up after their own pets. Or abuse the ...amenities just like every other complex in the planet. The difference here is the team, the price, the location and the peacefulness. I have requested an explanation multiple times and did not receive a response or an explanation. They say they will use a collection agency or other means when they are asking to pay money on time, but they refuse to respond when asked about an explanation for the charge.
