Rude staff and filthy living space
September 14, 2022Don’t compromise because of the low price. You can find a better place that’s actually listens to its customers and actually wanna help. The management is rude and will laugh at your face because you’re bounded by the lease. Very unprofessional and rude. Not a good living space. Bugs everywhere. And the management said there were no bugs there and blamed the bugs came because of us. Please don’t waste your time, money, and your health over these apartments. Not worth it at all. Worst apartment Ever!
December 2, 2021This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at or even visited. The two main ladies in the office are rude and don't care about anything. I called to talk to her about my freezer being broken and she hung up on me. Then, when I called back, she lied to me about a manager being there later, because when I showed up in the office, she changed her story and said the manager didn't even work that day. ALSO!!!! THERE IS NO AC! They turn off the AC units in the "winter". This is NOWHERE in ...the lease. This is south Texas. This is Houston. Its December 2nd and it was 78 degrees today. The high tomorrow is 80 degrees. The humidity is anywhere from 65-80%. It is not cool. Each apartment has 1 window in the front and one in the rear, but they are too small to create a breeze. It's miserable. The baby is sweating. It's 81 degrees in here while I'm writing this at 10:30pm. Worst apartment ever! Their new management sucks.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not as advertised
March 18, 2019I currently live in the Solano apartments and let me tell you it's all bad there's always trash on the grounds broken bottles trash bags they don't fix things just put a bandaid on it ac and heat is when they decided which u need alot of cold days because from what I've seen it has to be cold a few days before the heat comes on u pay for a parking spot and u someone still parks in ur spot all the office says is we'll put a note on it like it helps if they even do. Since this construction been ...going on its been worse even the crew Don't clean behind themselves along with all the other trash now we got nails pieces of wood and metal pieces too on site manager never see them need something fixed go take a minute had a electrical problem socket was sparking guy came said he'd b back tomorrow took a week just changed socket and left plug up anything as strong as a vacuum cleaner u see the lights dim they have more care for the people who tryna move in then the ones who already paying this high rent and the washer machines always broke I haven't washed clothes in this complex in years why waste money tryna find a good machine. everything breaks
