January 26, 2023This complex has very nice grounds and the largest dog run I've seen. The residents are all very friendly and you get to know your neighbors, which is nice. The new staff is amazing. The new manager knows what she is doing and is really taking care of the property. The maintenance team is great and always quick and friendly. 3 Years Living Here
January 25, 2023We have lived here for 3 years and have been in 2 different apartments. Maintenance has always been responsive to our requests. There have been a few different property managers and maintenance people over those 3 years but they all have been pretty good. Recently they installed a dog park and playground. January 11, 2023The Quin....where to start. Been living here for like 2 months. I toured a bunch of buildings in Mesa and thought this was definitely the nicest one. Laundry inside my apartment, quartz counters, new stainless appliances. Nicest place I've lived in honestly yet. Zendoor manages the property. The improvements at the property make what I have paid in rent reasonable. I've never had in-unit laundry before so loving that....and no carpet.
