My main issue is having an Internet Service Provider foisted upon me that a) I was not consulted about, b) opted out of as soon as I could the last time I had them, and c) am going to be forced to pay for whether I like it/use it or not. I have had no problems putting in work orders and receive quick assistance in the next day or so. My neighbors have been quiet and I have had no issues with them. My location at 2016 is beautiful and has easy access to the dumpsters and a nice view of the small wood nearby. My one complaint I can think of in the passed year as been that I think this Spectrum upgrade has seemed a ...little disorganized when it comes to time estimates, but I wouldn’t think that is the front offices’ fault.
