Porch front and back It has all appliances.no washer or dryer hook up it has phone connections.and cable connections.it has shower toilett sink.

They are helpful if u have good or bad credit and understanding. when u come up a little short ..... Everthing in my apt was new carpet and doors and it was very relaxing to know that they made it feel like i was the first to stay in that unit
