They worked with me when I needed some flexibility when I purchased a new home and found a new tenant as I was moving out so I did not have to pay the remaining months on my lease. Need any maintenance done? It'll take weeks, months, or even years for them to get to it. Rent is overpriced and this is a terrible place to live. Go somewhere, literally anywhere else, before it's too late.

Responsiveness - each time I submitted a request for assistance, my request was answered swiftly and the issue was rectified. Starting with the apartment itself (which was a part of their Ventana Suite), which was very comfortable, clean, and modern. I never had any issues with insects, rodents, spiders, etc. Only unexpected visitors during my time here were the birds that liked to hangout near my patio. As for the area, its calm, and quiet. Which is surprising since the neighborhood is a bike ride from ...Drexel Town Square, Woodmans, OC schools, and more. Never once did I feel that the area was noisy, like the downtown area could sometimes be. Speaking of noise, I'm grateful that for the 2 years I've lived here, that I never once was kept up by loud noises from above, or besides me. aside from the occasional sound you'd hear while living in an apartment with other people/families, I can happily say that I never had an issue with the noise from people in my building. As for maintenance, and the people at the front office? They have always been quick, and kind when it comes to any requests. Whether it was having someone come look at the thermostat, or inspecting an appliance, or something else, I was pretty certain someone would come take a look in a time appropriate manner. At a certain point I even preferred to go into the office to speak with Bridget directly, who was always very friendly. March 13, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is slow to respond to calls, you have to call 4 or more times to get a response. Most times you have to go into the office and track someone down. Rent was increased $95 a month in 2022 and $75 for 2023 and there have been no updates to the property. Building needs painted, gutters are clogged causing drainage issues. Windows are poor and condensation is causing mildew. Landscaping is not maintained, and trash is not picked up. My washer went out and flooded my apt. they didn't clean ...up the water, so carpet is buckled and smells. My dryer went out and it took over a week for them to replace it. My toilet was not flushing, and it took 3 calls and a day and a half to fix. I would not recommend this property.Read More

It is very much close to grocery shops, restaurants and other shops. We were in Clearwater unit and loved it. The management staff Laura, Bridget, and Megan are extremely nice.The maintenance staff are prompt and most of the issues are addressed immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend this.

Here are some of the factors that we loved and most likely help your decision: 1. The apartments are well designed to have a ton of ambient light at every corner. 2. The water was of surprisingly high quality, with almost zero mineral deposits. 3. We had two parking spots, a dedicated indoor one, and an open street spot. 4. Located within a 5 min drive to all major stores such as Woodmans, Meijer, ...Pick'n'save, Aldi etc. 5. Never had issues concerning noise from the neighbours, not once! 6. The team of staff including Laura, Bridget and Megan will make sure you have a wonderful experience. 7. To top it off, Springbrook is a beautiful community with lots of space for a walk or a run. I hope to remain for several years, provided the rent remains consistent and here is why: 1. The office staff, I work mostly with Bridget, is always kind and considerate; when I have questions or need assistance, I always feel heard and respected. Through out the entire rental process, to now, Bridget has always met my needs and done so with a ...smile. As a result, I stop in the office at times just to say hello. 2. On the rare occasions that I have had to request assistance from maintenance (nothing unusual - just your typical issues with renting or owning a home) I have had prompt response times and the requests were met within a realistic time frame. The staff that does the repairs are always friendly. 3. The grounds are quite large and landscaped to give the feeling that you are living in a condo instead of renting an apartment. 4. My apartment is spacious and within a reasonable price range for the square footage and location. Heating is what one would expect when to have when you have vaulted ceilings. I rarely hear my neighbors through the walls, at least no differently than when I previously owned a condo. 5. I have been fortunate to have welcoming, enjoyable neighbors. There is a feel of community here. 6. The location is fantastic! Within walking distance from the Drexel Town Square and just 20 minutes to downtown Milwaukee.Read More
