These people are not professional, do not know how to communicate with tenants especially when it comes to anything that involves your money. They are not luxury apartments, they are apartments you go to ifn you have no other choice. Also, auto crime is insanely high here and management doesn't care enough to make it safer. Bare minimum apartment
July 20, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comDo not waste your time trying to rent this apartment. I can go on and on about all the reasons why you shouldn’t consider steeplechase. First, they show you a model apartment that looks nothing like the apartment you will be renting, then the stairs are so dirty and everywhere stinks, on top of that the apartment you get is mad filthy and you can see bugs and flies everywhere. If you put in a service request for something to get fixed in your apartment, it doesn’t get fixed until your request has ...been a minimum of 7 days and when you call the apartment to complain or get answers they answer you in such a condescending tone like you do not pay rent especially they current office manager. When it comes to security that is not a thing at steeplechase, thieves breaks into people cars like it’s nothing and your packages gets stolen like child’s plays. They increase your rent and instead of them to use it in getting things like security officers to keep their residents safe, they focus bringing different food trucks like that is helping the residents in any way. ROACHES,ROACHES,ROACHES
December 3, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMoved into an apartment and upon arrival the Movers spotted 8 roaches right off the bat, we dealt with it temporarily, by allowing pest control to do their job. Which ended up just being a 5 minute spray through of our kitchen cabinets. The property manager said we weren’t allowed to switch out to another apartment, where at that point we went to the regional manager and she gave the approval to allow us to move into another building. Upon arrival at the next building come to find out this ...building is also infested with roaches. The property manager was also extremely rude when we brought up the roaches, and started talking ish out of the blue because she didn’t want to do her job correctly. The regional manager was very helpful though. The roaches were literally every where as well, and upon speaking to several neighbors in this building they’ve all moved out.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

June 30, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI requested a tour of a 1 bedroom for 2:15 pm at 10:30 am in the morning and was notified via email that they were looking forward to my visit. I arrive to the property 15 minutes early and was called into the office. I told the manager that I had an appointment for a 1 bedroom tour and she was like cool. She pulled up my information and tells me that the property was already rented at 9 am that morning and that she had a 2 bedroom available. Now, if I asked for a 1 bedroom, what in the world ...would make you think I would want a 2 bedroom. I did not have a problem with the property being taken, but I did have a problem with the lack of communication. If the property was already taken, why allow me to drive 45 minutes to the property just to tell me it was already gone? The cost of gas and people's time is way too much to allow that. The office could have easily contacted me via phone or email and say they don't have the property anymore. I read the reviews before I requested the tour and everyone had negative comments to say about the leasing office, but I assumed that they were better at handling business since the comments were from a year ago. But obviously not. The lack of professionalism is disgusting. I left work early to view this property only to be told I was too late and sorry. While leaving, a tenant was outside and told me I should be glad it happen because the neighborhood is not safe and there is a lot of theft and vandalism there. Dirty stairs
September 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comDo not let the 4.2 star fool you, I asked other neighbors around and they mostly had negative things to say. Aside for the fact the rooms are big, everything breaks and their stairs are VERY VERY dirty. It is not worth the price they charge at all.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comOffice manager and front desk worker are no help. No one ever has an answer for anything. The manager is ALWAYS busy with something behind closed doors. Too much money is being paid at this property for the office staff to not be responsive to questions and needs of residents. Money is being paid for a trash service that the property makes you pay for, but nobody has a answer why trash is not being picked up or only certain items are being picked up when the trash is bagged up and boxes are ...broken down per their instructions. You are only referred to calling the trash butler service. Why do I have to call about a service you hired to do a job Mold grows up through the floors,around the windows, water seeps in when it rains and the list of issues goes on. Management never helps and you may wait weeks to even have the issues looked at. LNM Towing goes around making up there own rules about towing. Your car has to move every 48hours or it is subject to towing. Ask the office staff about it and they say the tow company just wants money and it is nothing they can do. Why are you allowing a tow company or your property to tow cars that residents pay a monthly fee to to be able to park onsite...unexceptable practices are going on here. However the apartment was not ready for me to view. I came by for a tour and I was able to see an apartment this time.
